Rachel Moniz

Rachel Moniz has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Rachel currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Account Portfolio at Magnit since April 2019. In addition, they are also the Co-Owner of All Dry Services of the East Bay, where they have been working since April 2023. Previously, Rachel held the title of Chief Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women leaders. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of People Services at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah and VP of Employee Success at Veeva Systems. Rachel also has experience as the Vice President of Talent Delivery and Customer Success at MitchelLake Group, and in various roles at Adecco Staffing, USA and Robert Half. Rachel'swork experience spans multiple industries and showcases their leadership abilities.

Rachel Moniz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication; Movie and Television Production from Santa Clara University. Rachel also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
