Tim Zeches

Tim Zeches is an experienced HR compliance specialist currently serving as the Lead HR Compliance Specialist at Magnit since March 2022, following a successful tenure as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Populus Group from June 2015 to March 2022. Throughout the career, Tim has focused on ensuring compliance with employment law and client agreements, auditing records, and building automated audits. Prior experiences include onboarding and payroll processing for over 600 contractors as a Payroll Services Coordinator II and serving as a Regional Scout for ISS Hockey, alongside roles as a Recruiting and Research Consultant at Qualigence International, where Tim excelled in recruiting and project management. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wayne State University.
