Tony So

Tony So has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Tony began their career in 1995 as the Creative Director and founder of Purple Pepper Designs, a multi-disciplinary design firm. In 2000, they co-founded xtronx, a company that owns, operates, and represents digital video billboard owners and sites. In 2005, they joined TurnHere Inc. as Creative Director. In 2012, they became Head of Product and Engineering at 8 Factors, where they identified product opportunities and drove traffic to the sales funnel. In 2013, they became President and Executive Director of Summer.org, a pending 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to Life Long Learning, and also co-founded Magnitude.io, an education technology company. In 2020, they joined Community Resources for Science as a Board Member.

Tony So has attended San Francisco State University, where they studied Computer Science and Architecture.
