Erica Gustafson

Erica Gustafson has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Erica currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at magniX since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Infineon Technologies as an HR Director from April 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, including Principal HRBP from January 2010 to March 2020, and HR Business Partner from December 2006 to December 2009. Erica began their career as a Vendor Specialist at Marshall Fields from January 2002 to June 2006.

Erica Gustafson has a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota. Erica also studied Human Resources and Industrial Relations, as well as International Business, at The University of Queensland. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
