Jacqueline Colon

Jacqueline Colon has a diverse work experience. Jacqueline started their career as a Pastry Cook at BLT Steak at The Ritz Carlton in 2009. Jacqueline then went on to establish their own business, Cakes by Jacqueline, where they served as the Owner and Cake Decorator from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Maison Kayser USA as a Corporate Human Resources Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Corporate Human Resources Specialist from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Jacqueline joined Magnolia Bakery as a Corporate Human Resources Manager and worked in that role until 2019. Jacqueline was then promoted to Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager and held that position until 2022. Jacqueline further advanced their career at Magnolia Bakery by becoming the Corporate Director of Human Resources from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Senior Director of Human Resources & Compliance at Magnolia Bakery, starting in 2023.
