John C. Wagner

John C. Wagner is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Magnolia Bank since August 2025, Wagner specializes in assisting with residential needs, including FHA, VA, conventional, and non-QM loans. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Be The Change Ohio, Wagner partners with local nonprofits to enhance youth community initiatives. Previous positions include Producing Branch Manager at Canopy Mortgage and NMB, as well as a series of leadership roles at CrossCountry Mortgage, Homebridge Financial Services, Cardinal Financial, and Movement Mortgage. Wagner's career in mortgage origination began in 2010 at US Bank Home Mortgage, achieving national recognition as a top producer. Wagner holds a diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from King Sr. High School.
