Patrick Kalaska

Patrick Kalaska has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Patrick started their career in 1995 by founding SPELIA, a company where they worked as the founder until 2004. Following that, they joined Holmströmgruppen as a Fastighetschef from 2004 to 2009. Patrick then worked at Svenska Husgruppen AB as a Salesperson from 2009 to 2011. Later, Patrick joined Magnolia Bostad AB where they held multiple roles including Transaktionsansvarig from 2011 to 2015, Regionchef Stockholm/Norr from 2015 to 2018, and currently serves as the Head of Sourcing / Chef Affärsgenerering since 2018.

Patrick Kalaska received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Economics from the International University of Monaco, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Östra Real from 1987 to 1990, focusing on Naturvetenskaplig samt Samhälle. Patrick completed their primary education at Franska Skolan from 1979 to 1987.
