Patrick Ontiveros

Patrick Anton C. Ontiveros is an experienced legal and real estate professional with a strong background in managing facilities and overseeing legal matters. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development & Facilities and General Counsel at Magnolia Public Schools since December 2017, Patrick is responsible for capital improvement projects and legal oversight. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions at Pacific Charter School Development as Senior Project Director and General Counsel, and at various law firms including Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP and Tomlinson Zisko LLP, providing counsel on corporate, finance, and real estate matters. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
