Katie Lanier

Katie Lanier has a diverse professional background in healthcare, data entry, and nonprofit work. Currently serving as an Associate at Magnolia Innovation since June 2022, Katie previously contributed to Wilmington Health PLLC as a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, where responsibilities included closing healthcare gaps and developing an outreach project to enhance breast cancer screenings. Additionally, Katie worked as a Door Screener during the pandemic to assess COVID-19 symptoms. Prior experience includes roles such as Waitress at Red Robin, Fundraising Coordinator for A Moment of Magic Foundation, and Qualitative Researcher for O.C.E.A.N.S, focusing on advocacy for adolescents with obesity. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
