Xubin Sun

Xubin Sun is currently an Associate Consultant Intern at Magnolia Innovation since September 2023. Previously, Xubin worked as a Business Analyst at PluggdIn and contributed to sourcing the investor ecosystem. Xubin co-founded Ningbo Shade Tree Catering Management Co., Ltd., successfully launching four coffee shops in Ningbo, China, from 2020 to 2022. Experience also includes serving as a Research Assistant at Boston College, focusing on protein chimeras and tetherin downmodulation, and functioning as a Teaching Assistant for a biology course. Additional roles include a part-time assistant position at Accenture, conducting market research for a music education startup, and a sales marketing position at Ningbo Cadysun Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., involving research on LED luminaries and developing a VR model during the pandemic. Xubin holds a Master of Engineering in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College.
