Jessica Deal

Jessica brings over 25 years of cross-industry experience, collaborating with business leaders to build high-caliber teams and organizations. Most recently, Jessica supported learning and development at TwinStrand Biosciences, a biotechnology company focused on DNA duplex sequencing. Prior to TwinStrand Biosciences, Jessica was the Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology at an e-commerce, luxury goods company, where she was responsible for leading all aspects of people management as well as the production operations and philanthropic activities of the organization.

Earlier in her career, Jessica held roles of increasing responsibility in non-profit organizations, including PeaceHealth and Girls, Inc. These experiences laid the foundation for Jessica’s belief that all patients deserve the best possible care and for her commitment to Magnolia Medical’s mission and core values.
