Denise Ojeda Speer has a strong and diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Denise is currently employed at Magnolia Oil & Gas, where they hold the position of Vice President, Land & Land Administration. Denise joined the company in February 2022 and continues to serve in this role. Prior to their current position, Denise worked as the Director of Land at Magnolia Oil & Gas from July 2019 to February 2022.

Denise held various roles during their tenure at EnerVest, including Director - Land, Manager - Land (South Texas), Senior Landman, and Division Order Supervisor. Denise joined the company in June 2007 as a Division Order Supervisor and worked their way up to Director - Land before leaving in July 2019.

Denise began their career at Hess Corporation in January 2007 as a Land Tech, where they gained initial experience in the field. Prior to their role at Hess Corporation, they also worked at Pogo Producing Company as a Division Order Tech from June 2005 to January 2007.
