Kristin Pylant

Kristin Pylant has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kristin began their career as a Retirement Plan Consultant at Mercer in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Kristin then joined El Paso Corporation as Manager, Retirement Plans from 2007 to 2009, and later became Manager, Compensation and Benefits from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Kristin joined EP ENERGY as Director, Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/HR Systems, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Director, Human Resources at EP ENERGY, and subsequently became Director, Human Resources and Administrative Services from 2017 to 2019.

Most recently, Kristin joined Magnolia Oil & Gas in 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources. Kristin held the role of Vice President, Human Resources until November 2020, when they transitioned to the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. Kristin continues to work in this role.

Kristin Pylant holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Kristin also has a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
