Mike Raider has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mike started their career at Forrester as a Research Associate, where they advised Microsoft Asia Pacific on identifying potential home PC users in South East Asia and China. Mike also conducted market research and fielded studies to capture various market segments in mainland India and China.

After their time at Forrester, Mike joined Bassich & Associates, where they served as a Senior Associate and later as Vice President. In this role, they delivered over 1,000 in-depth customer, competitor, and market due diligence studies for private equity and corporate clients. Mike also played a key role in expanding the firm's operations by establishing the Boston office.

In 2015, Mike joined PwC as a Manager in the M&A Advisory department. Mike was later promoted to the position of Director, where they specialized in delivering deal value for clients. Mike held this position until 2018 when they joined Magnolia Oil & Gas as Director of Special Projects. Mike then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Optimization and, subsequently, served as the Interim Vice President of Information Technology.
