Julie Williams has an extensive work experience primarily with Southwest Gas Corporation. Julie started their career with the company in 1997 in various engineering positions and eventually held roles as Manager/Engineering, Manager/New Business Projects, and Director/Central Support. Julie then progressed to higher positions, serving as Vice President/Northern Nevada Division and Vice President/Southern Arizona Division, where they oversaw the natural gas distribution and transmission operations for these regions. Julie was promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, where they led the Company's natural gas operations serving over 2.2 million customers across multiple states. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Vice President/Continuous Improvement & Optimization, driving positive change throughout the organization. In addition to their work at Southwest Gas Corporation, Julie also served as Secretary Board Of Directors for a nonprofit organization called DM50 501 C 4 INC from 2015 to 2022.

Julie Williams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, from 1991 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA in the Executive Program from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
