Austin McNatt

Austin McNatt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Austin began their career as an Aquatics Maintenance employee at Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority (PARA) in February 2015. In this position, they were responsible for the maintenance of all PARA pools and splashpads, ensuring the chemical levels were safe for patrons, and performing janitorial duties. Austin held this role until May 2017.

Following their time at PARA, Austin worked as an Inside Sales Representative at the Professional Firefighters of Alabama from September 2017 to February 2018.

Austin then joined Employment Screening Services in February 2018 as a Drug Testing Specialist, ending their tenure in March 2020.

From May 2020 to April 2022, Austin served as a Business Development Specialist at Express Employment Professionals.

Currently, they are a Recruiter at Magnolia River, a position they have held since April 2022.

Austin McNatt attended The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2017, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science with a focus on Consumer Affairs.
