Phillip Miller has extensive work experience in the pipeline industry, spanning over 17 years. Phillip has held various roles with different companies, starting in 2001 as a Party Chief at Hatch Mott & McDonald Group, Inc., where they conducted surveying activities for natural gas pipelines.
In 2003, they joined Universal Ensco, Inc. as a Field Coordinator, overseeing 16 crews in the construction of a 42" Gulf South Pipeline. Phillip collaborated with engineers and foremen to maintain client standards and specifications.
From 2008 to 2009, Phillip worked at Gulf Interstate Engineering as a Field Coordinator, supervising four survey crews involved in the construction of a 20" and 36" pipeline. Phillip was responsible for all survey activities, from pre-construction to final as-built.
After that, they joined UniversalPegasus International, A Subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries, as a Field Coordinator. Phillip directed work assignments and collected data for the completion of pipe placement within the Haynesville Shale Project.
In 2011, Phillip became a Field Supervisor at R-S-H Engineering, Inc., where they coordinated and interfaced with various divisions to complete construction on a 33-mile pipeline. Phillip also worked with FERC experts to ensure compliance with environmental permitting and led efforts in erosion control and site stabilization.
In 2012, they briefly worked as a Field Coordinator at Westwood Professional Services, managing a 598-mile Enbridge line project from Cushing, Ok. to Flanagan, IL.
From 2012 to 2013, Phillip served as a Senior Utility Inspector at Applied Consultants Inc., overseeing multiple pipeline projects and supervising activities such as coating & blasting, welding, and hydro testing.
Phillip then transitioned to Wood Group Mustang in 2013 as a Utility Inspector, carrying out inspection duties related to utility systems.
In 2015, Phillip joined Magnolia River as a Program Manager, responsible for managing day-to-day activities and overseeing inspectors involved in natural gas industry inspection duties across the state of LA.
Finally, in 2017, they joined EnSiteUSA as a Lead Inspector, utilizing their expertise to lead inspection operations.
Throughout their career, Phillip Miller has demonstrated a strong understanding of pipeline construction and inspection, as well as management and coordination skills.
Phillip Miller attended West Monroe High School from 1986 to 1988, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Ouachita Delta Vo-Tech from 1989 to 1990, though the specific degree name and field of study for this period are not provided.
