Jack McAninch is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Xavier University, gained between 2019 and 2023. Currently working as a Colleague Support Center Agent at Macy's since April 2024, Jack provides HR support to colleagues across the company. Concurrently, Jack serves as a Customer Service, Resident Advocate, and Food Liaison at Magnolia Springs Senior Living, where responsibilities include supporting residents with Memory care, Dementia, or Alzheimer’s through exceptional listening skills and relationship building. Previous experiences include an internship with the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, assisting with volunteer coordination, and roles at Kroger as a Cashier and Customer Service Specialist, focusing on customer interaction and satisfaction. Jack also participated as a volunteer at the Cincinnati Fall Feast, contributing to community support during Thanksgiving.
