Richard Kalvar

Richard Kalvar is a distinguished photographer and member of Magnum Photos since 1975, showcasing a prolific career in the field of photography. Prior to joining Magnum, Kalvar worked as a member photographer at Viva Photography Agency from 1971 to 1975 and gained early experience as a photographer's assistant at Jérôme Ducrot Studio in 1965-1966. Kalvar contributed to the World Economic Forum as a photographer from 1997 to 2010. Richard Kalvar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cornell University, where education spanned from 1961 to 1965, and completed studies at Erasmus Hall High School between 1959 and 1961.
