Blake Moran

Blake Moran is an experienced piping design professional with a career spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as the Piping Design Lead at Magnum Engineering & Controls since May 2023, Blake has previously held positions as a Senior Piping Designer at Testengeer Engineering and a Piping Designer at Furmanite. Expertise includes extensive field work, utilization of design software such as PDS, AutoPlant, and Microstation, and collaboration with clients and engineers to develop comprehensive piping designs. Responsibilities encompass assembling job packages, writing job scopes, managing bill of materials, implementing structural details, and updating piping specifications and isometrics. Blake also has a background as a Piping Designer at Taylor & Hill and as a Pipe Drafter at CDI. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Industrial Design from Alvin Community College and a high school diploma from Angleton High School.
