Kaylee Stranz is a seasoned legal and title professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Title Officer at Magnus Title Agency since July 2021, Kaylee previously held positions as an Escrow Officer at Empire West Title and as a Commercial Escrow officer at Chicago Title Agency. Kaylee's expertise includes managing escrow processes, evaluating title insurance claims, and negotiating settlements, honed during time spent as Claims & Recoupment Counsel at Fidelity National Title and as an Attorney in various roles, including tax controversy and civil litigation. An alumnus of Pepperdine Law with a Juris Doctor degree and University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Kaylee combines strong academic credentials with practical legal experience in both corporate and litigation contexts.
