Arnel Tarona

Arnel Tarona possesses extensive experience in engineering and production processes, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Production Process at Magnussen Home Furnishings since May 2018. Prior roles include Quality Assurance & Control Director at Rochdale Spears Co., Ltd from March 2015 to November 2023, and Señor Vice President for Operations at PT Ebako Nusantara from November 2012 to October 2014, focusing on product sample development, costing, and operations excellence systems. As Country Manager at Outlook International Limited from September 2008 to October 2012, Arnel oversaw production and quality assurance across vendors. Earlier, as VP of Operations at Mehitabel Furniture Inc. from January 1990 to August 2007, responsibilities included operations management and systems to enhance production efficiency. Arnel holds an Advanced Manufacturing Management Course from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
