Neal Luck is a Senior Building Information Modeler at Magnusson Klemencic Associates. Neal has over 28 years of experience in the industry, and has been with their current company for over 6 years.
Prior to joining Magnusson Klemencic Associates, Neal worked as a CAD Operator and Lead Design at Utility Engineering Corporation from May 1982 to October 1990. In this role, they were responsible for designing and creating electrical, mechanical, and structural contract drawings from engineer’s sketches using Intergraph’s 3D PDS (Plant Design System) and SMS (Structural Modeling Systems). Neal was also responsible for administering quality assurance checking of drawings and CAD standards, coordinating problem solving situations with engineers, drafters and clients, conversing with field engineers to solve unforeseen interference problems, and training co-workers on 3D modeling software.
