Kathryn Harrison

Kathryn Harrison has a long and varied work experience. Kathryn is currently the CEO and Founder of Magpie and an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers\u00ae. In 2019, they were the Founder and CEO of DeepTrust Alliance. In 2018, they were a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. From 2012 to 2018, they were at IBM, where they held various roles, including Director of Global Product Management, Blockchain Product Leader, General Management Leadership Development Program, Payments and Blockchain Leader- Middle East and Africa, Chief of Staff to Healthcare Industry Leader, and Senior Managing Consultant- Financial Services and Smarter Cities Solutions. In 2010, they earned an MBA/MA from The Wharton School, and in 2011 they were a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. From 2004 to 2003, they were at Gerson Lehrman Group, where they were the Vice President and Senior Research Manager. In 2003, they were an Analyst at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute and an Associate at the Ministry of Defense in France.

Kathryn Harrison obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University in 2004, majoring in Culture and Politics. Kathryn also attended Sciences Po from 2002 to 2003. Before that, they attended The Hotchkiss School from 1996 to 2000. In 2010, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Studies from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, both of which they completed in 2012.
