Agnes Sziget has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Agnes began their career at RTLklub as a Communications Intern and later worked as a PR consultant at the Motivation Foundation. Agnes then joined Telekom HU as an HR Communication Specialist, where they were responsible for internal and external PR and communication support. At Telekom HU, Agnes also managed employer branding, organized events, and handled social media activities. Agnes then moved to Wizz Air as a Communications Manager before joining Person as a Senior Communications Consultant and Head of Strategy. Agnes later returned to Telekom HU as a Senior Employer Branding Expert, where they created the employer branding strategy and localized creative concepts. Agnes also worked as an Employee Experience Product Owner, designing the employee experience model and implementing strategies based on business targets and employee data. Agnes also founded Job, csajok sabbioni, where they hosted a podcast. Throughout their career, Agnes has demonstrated expertise in employer branding, communications, strategy, and talent management.

Agnes Sziget completed a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Budapest Business School from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they briefly attended Central Media Academy to study Stylist. Recently, in 2019, they started a Post Graduate Course in Poetry at Kodolányi János Egyetem, with no specified end year.
