Matyas Blastik

Matyas Blastik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matyas currently works at Telekom HU as a Technology Tribe Lead. Prior to this, they were the Head of Marketing Technology at NN, where they directly supported sales through the establishment and management of a digital lead nurturing ecosystem. Matyas successfully increased revenue from leads with digital origin and decreased operational costs. Before NN, Matyas held the role of Agile Coach and Transformation Methodology Lead at NN, where they managed a back office transformation project and spearheaded the Agile Transformation Program in the Hungary Business Unit. Matyas also has experience at Mortoff IT Consulting and Services Ltd., where they served as a Service Line Director and Lead Consultant, overseeing CRM project delivery and IT delivery projects in the telco sector. Matyas began their career at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. as a Business Analyst and Consultant, responsible for planning and delivering telco projects. Matyas also gained valuable experience as a Consultant Trainee at Probst & Consorten Marketing Beratung, where they worked in the public transportation industry in Germany.

Matyas Blastik earned a High School Diploma from Szent István Gimnázium in 2000. Matyas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics in the commercial field at the College for Modern Business Studies from 2000 to 2004. Matyas furthered their education at Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2004, they also studied Complementary Studies on Business Administration at Technische Universität Dresden. Matyas Blastik completed their education with a Master's degree in International Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in agile and scrum methodologies from institutions such as Scaled Agile, Inc., and Scrum Alliance.
