Cynthia Fraser

Cynthia Fraser is the Marketing Director at Mahan Rykiel Associates, a landscape architectural, urban design, and planning firm. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions as a Producer at WMAR-TV, Communications Director for the Gerry Brewster campaign, and Assistant Producer and Producer at Maryland Public Television. With a BA in Self Designed Communications from Dickinson College and an MLA in Liberal Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, Cynthia has a strong background in media relations and event coordination.
