Khaled Alsakran

Khaled Alsakran serves as the Director of the Human Resources Center of Excellence Department at Maharah Human Resources since December 2018, leading a comprehensive Human Capital Transformational Project that encompasses organizational structure, compensation and benefits, HR strategy, and more. Previously, Khaled held various roles at Almarai, including Divisional Assistant Training Manager and Regional Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities included mentoring and developing training programs. Prior experience at Al Safi Dairy Co. involved heading HR Development and overseeing recruitment processes. Khaled holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Imam Mohd. Bin Saud University, completed in 2008.
