Pady Bandstra

Pady Bandstra, PHR, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Pady most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Mahaska since August 2018. Prior to this, Pady held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Central College from September 2014 to July 2018. Pady also worked as an Employment Specialist at Central College from September 2013 to September 2014. Pady's previous experience includes a role as a Recruiting Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2012 to September 2013, and as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target from June 2010 to June 2012. Pady started their career as an Intern in Recruiting and Technical Publications at Vermeer Corporation, where they worked from 2007 until September 2009.

Pady Bandstra, PHR has an extensive education history. Pady attended Pella High School from 2002 to 2006, although there is no information regarding the degree or field of study they pursued during this time.

Following high school, Pady attended Central College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing.

In addition to their academic achievements, Pady also holds two important certifications. In January 2015, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. One month later, in February 2015, they received the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
