Barry Martin

Barry M. Martin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of MAHASKA COUNTY YMCA since June 2023, Barry M. Martin has successfully opened and is operating a new state-of-the-art facility, leading to a significant increase in Annual Campaign giving. Previous roles include Branch Operations at YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Senior Coordinator for the City of Woodstock, and District General Manager at Town Sports International. Barry M. Martin's background also includes leadership positions at Coastal Sports and Entertainment, The Community YMCA, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving, along with a decade as CEO of State YMCA of PA, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Secondary Education from Northern Kentucky University and various licenses and certifications in real estate and soccer coaching.
