Paulina Rodgers has over 15 years of experience in game design and development. Paulina started their career at Intl. Game Technology as a Game Designer in 2003, working there until 2008. In 2004, they joined IGT as a Game Designer and later became a Game Design Lead. Paulina also assumed the role of Game Design Supervisor from 2005 to 2007. Paulina then moved to Okada West as a Senior Game Designer - Social Network from 2011 to 2012. Paulina later joined Bally Technologies as a Director of Development in 2012, where they managed a multi-discipline team and facilitated innovation and team building. Currently, they are the Head of Game Design at MahiGaming, a position they have held since 2015.
Paulina Rodgers attended California State University, Fresno from 1991 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics and successfully earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
