Manvi Katia is a seasoned professional currently serving as Manager in the MD's office at Mahindra Accelo since August 2023. With a strong background in customer experience, Manvi has held pivotal roles within the Mahindra Group, including Manager of Customer Experience in the Group CEO's Office and involvement in Mahindra GMC Experiential Modules, where cross-functional projects enhanced customer satisfaction across various group companies.
