Kisan Kalambe

Kisan Kalambe possesses extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and mobility. Currently serving as DGM - Global Compensation & Mobility at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since September 2014, Kisan has been instrumental in steering compensation strategies within the automotive and farm equipment sectors. Prior to this role, Kisan held positions at Capgemini as Manager - Compensation & Benefits, and at Mastek Ltd as HR Executive. The professional journey began in 2001 as an HR officer at iSMart International Ltd. Kisan holds an MHRDM degree in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, achieved from 2002 to 2005.
