Jaysheel Gandhi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Digital Transformation at Mahindra Finance, Jaysheel specializes in customer onboarding, app development, and systems integration involving Fintech applications. Previously, as Head of Information Technology at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, responsibilities included overseeing IT architecture, managing Mergers and Acquisitions, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Jaysheel's career also includes significant roles at DHFL, KPMG India, and TCS, where expertise encompassed IT consulting, project management, and the implementation of CRM solutions across multiple industries globally. Educational qualifications include an MMS in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
