Nikhil Gadre

Nikhil Gadre is an experienced professional in operational risk management and governance, currently serving as the Head of Operational Risk at Mahindra Finance since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nikhil spent over 22 years at Axis Bank, where responsibilities included leading Control & Governance Assurance, managing Operational Risk and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), heading the Product/Change Management Committee, and overseeing Process Quality as Vice President. Nikhil began the career as a Branch Operations Manager and held various leadership positions, including Deputy Vice President of Operational Risk.
