Shantanu Padhye

Shantanu Padhye is an experienced professional in the financial and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Head of Collections and Business Head for CV and CEQ at Mahindra Finance since May 2017. Previously, Shantanu held the position of Business Head at Tata Motors Finance from February 2008 to April 2017. Shantanu began the career at Mahindra & Mahindra as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in the Farm Equipment Sector, progressing to Area Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing from January 1992 to 2002, with responsibilities spanning multiple states including Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
