Bindu Jacob is the Corporate Head of Spa Operations at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. Bindu has successfully developed the in-house Spa Concept - Svaastha - The Harmony Spa across MHRIL Resorts. Previously, Bindu served as the Branch Manager in Retail Banking at Standard Chartered Bank and as an Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing at ITC Hotels, focusing on Pan India ITC Welcomgroup Sheraton Hotels.
