Pavan Patel

Pavan Patel has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Executive Chef at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since March 2016. Prior to this role, Pavan worked as a Senior Sous Chef at Clarks Amer and Radisson Kandla, as well as a Junior Sous Chef at ST LAURN HOTELS. Pavan began the culinary career as a Chef de Partie at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. Pavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, obtained between 1999 and 2001, demonstrating a solid foundation coupled with extensive operational and culinary expertise.
