Ram Mundra

Ram Mundra has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 30 years. Ram currently serves as the Head of Corporate Finance at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of MARM Business Advisors, providing advisory services to various businesses. Ram also worked as the CEO/CFO/Financial controller at Essel Infraprojects Ltd., where they managed the financial aspects of their infrastructure and utility businesses. Ram also served as the Chief Financial Officer of EMCO Limited, a listed company with various manufacturing and project businesses. Ram gained valuable experience as the Vice President of RELIANCE Communications Limited, a leading private sector information and communications company. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Financial Controller at Conwood Group, Financial Controller at GPB Fibers Limited, and Secretary and Vice President at Gwalior Chemical Industries Limited. Ram started their career as an Accounts Officer at Prem Industries.

Ram Mundra completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Management from Bhilwara, Rajasthan in the years 1981 to 1984. After that, they pursued their Chartered Accountant and Law graduate studies from an unspecified institution from 1984 to 1988, specializing in funding, business, finance, and accounts. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Insolvency Professional from IBBI, although the specific duration of this program is unknown.
