Shine Mohan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Resort Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since May 2012, where responsibilities include vendor management, operations oversight, governmental liaison for licenses, and financial account reconciliation. Prior roles encompass Food and Beverage Manager positions at both Mahindra and The Taj Seoul, focusing on guest satisfaction, menu development, and resource utilization. Shine began the career as a Senior Captain at ITC Classic Golf Resort and has a foundational background as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Trident Hotels. Shine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from CSI BACAS and completed early education at Kendriya Vidyalaya and St. Pauls School Gwalior.
