Swapan Das possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage management and operations. Currently serving as a Resort Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since July 2010, Swapan has held various significant positions across notable establishments, including Food and Beverage Manager at The Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa in Dubai and at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Mumbai, where successful operational management led to high guest satisfaction. Previous roles include Conference and Banqueting Manager and Outlet Manager at Hyatt Regency Calcutta, as well as positions at Hyatt Regency Delhi. Swapan holds a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Administration and Economics from Osmania University, alongside formal training from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management in Bhopal.
