Bhakti Joshi

Bhakti Joshi currently serves as Lead in Talent Acquisition at Mahindra Home Finance since May 2023, focusing on recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and HR operations. Prior experience includes a Human Resources internship at STCI Finance Limited in June 2022, where responsibilities involved recruiting, developing HR policies, and documentation, as well as a previous internship at GOQii from October 2018 to December 2020, centered on recruiting, employee engagement, and documentation. Bhakti holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lala Lajpatrai Institute Of Management (January 2021 - June 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Mumbai University (2017 - 2020).
