Leah Landro

Leah Landro, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Kimco in 2008. Ms. Landro is responsible for the company’s human capital strategy and execution including employment planning and talent acquisition, executive and staff compensation programs and systems, employee benefit and wellness programs, organizational development and training, employee relations and recognition, and affirmative action program activities. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Landro held the top executive human resources positions at CMP Media LLC and Delta Financial Corporation.

Ms. Landro holds a B.S. degree in accounting from NYIT and an MBA from Long Island University.
