Jinesh Jain

Jinesh Jain has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Senior Business Analyst at Evalueserve. Jinesh then moved on to Boston Analytics as a Senior Analyst before joining Capgemini Invent in 2009. At Capgemini Invent, Jinesh served as the Head of Digital Transformation Consulting and played a crucial role in setting up the consulting business in India. Jinesh successfully grew the practice to generate multi-million dollars in annual revenue and managed a team of over 90 people. In 2020, Jinesh joined Mahindra Group, where they held various roles, including being the Digital Lead for the Group Technology Office. In this role, they led several initiatives, including business and digital transformation for Mahindra Finance and Mahindra Auto, where they implemented various digital strategies, developed new tech stacks, and enhanced customer experiences. Currently, Jinesh is the Chief Strategy Officer at Mahindra Home Finance, where they are responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic direction.

Jinesh Jain's education history includes a variety of programs and certifications. In 2022-2023, they attended the Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business for Executive Education, specifically the Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track.
