Nilesh Araj

Nilesh Araj is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Mahindra Home Finance since March 2022, and as an HRD Trainer at Mahindra Finance since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead at Vodafone from May 2015 to September 2017 and as an Executive at Idea Cellular Ltd from January 2011 to May 2016. Nilesh Araj holds a Master of Arts degree in Marathi Literature from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, completed in 2015.
