Rajesh Dhopte

Rajesh Dhopte is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as Manager/Deputy Manager of Human Resource Development at Mahindra Home Finance since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing employee exits and optimizing HR processes for data integrity.
