Supply Chain and Procurement

The Supply Chain and Procurement team at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility oversees the entire lifecycle of materials and services required for production. This includes strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of components, and optimizing logistics for efficient delivery. The team is also responsible for capability building, telematics and data analytics integration, and driving continuous cost reduction initiatives.
