Sanjay Kumar Sain

Sanjay Kumar Sain has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture from June 2015 to July 2017. Sanjay then joined TechnipFMC as a Human Resource professional where they worked on three projects to gain practical understanding of HR and OD concepts. Sanjay also served as a Human Resource professional at Shriram Life Insurance for a brief period in February 2019. Sanjay then moved on to work at GE Appliances, a Haier company as a Human Resource professional where they focused on Employee Engagement Framework and digital interventions. Their next role was at Tata Trusts in November 2019. Sanjay then continued their career at Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a Student from May 2018 to September 2020. Their most recent position is at Technopak Advisors as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources which they held from September 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working as a Lead HR Business Partner at Mahindra Logistics starting from November 2021.

Sanjay Kumar Sain completed their Master's degree in Organisation development, Change, and Leadership from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Telecommunications from jobs in Pune between 2011 and 2015. Their schooling was completed at The Army Public School from 2009 to 2011.
