Supriya R. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. SUPRIYA is currently serving as the Head of Inclusion Diversity, Equity & Accessibility at Mahindra Logistics, where they lead strategic initiatives and fosters an inclusive culture. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative Consultant at Houz La Kiko, where they pursued their creative interests and reflected on their career path. SUPRIYA has also held positions as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Lead at TRUST FOR RETAILERS & RETAIL ASSOCIATES OF INDIA (TRRAIN) and as the Global Projects and Strategic Communication leader at Let's Do It India Foundation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Allianz Partners, Odgers Berndtson, The D. E. Shaw Group, Kaya Skin Clinic, and Software systems. SUPRIYA'sroles included responsibilities such as HR, culture building, internal communications, employee engagement, learning and development, and CSR. Overall, Supriya R. has demonstrated expertise in driving inclusion and diversity initiatives, strategic planning, and fostering collaborative work environments.

Supriya R. completed their Bachelor's in Commerce from Panjab University in 1999-2001. SUPRIYA then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2003-2005. SUPRIYA further enhanced their education by obtaining a PGDHRM degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies starting from 2015. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained various certifications in leadership, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, body language, and strategic HR business partnering.
