Debasish Pradhan

Debasish Pradhan currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Mahindra Susten and Mahindra Teqo since October 2024. Prior to this role, Debasish was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Adani Green Energy Ltd. from October 2014 to March 2020, and then led Talent Acquisition for Adani New Industries Limited from March 2020 until October 2024. Debasish also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KEC International Limited from June 2013 to September 2014 and at Lanco Solar Energy Private Limited from April 2010 to May 2013, focusing on various sectors within the renewable energy industry. Debasish holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from the Asian School of Business Management and a B.C.A from Utkal University.
